Terms & Conditions
1. Booth Rental Fee: $20 per 8x8 vendor space.
- Each booth includes one table (choice of long or round).
- Additional tables may be rented for $5 per table.
2. Setup Time: Vendors may begin setting up at 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 18, 2025. All booths must be ready by 11:45 AM.
3. Tear Down: Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth space and removing all items after the event ends at 2:00 PM.
4. Profits: Vendors keep 100% of their sales and profits from the bazaar.
5. Payment for Booth: All booth rental fees are due with this signed contract. Fees are non-refundable.
6. Liability: Ada First Free Will Baptist Church is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the event. Vendors are responsible for their own property and products.
7. Beneficiary: All bazaar proceeds (from booth rentals and related fees) will go to In or Out Faith Ministries, a local nonprofit that provides food to students in need during Christmas break.
